Terms of Service1. For any work 100% upfront payment is required. Payment can be made via Paypal, Ko-fi (international) or Paypal, Ko-fi, bank transfer (Mexico)2. I will require a description of how you want the drawing to be: poses, attitude, mood, clothing, etc. And at least one reference of the character (s) to draw.3. Once the sketch is made, there are no refunds.4. EDT is 1 to 3 Weeks.5. Communication is required. If more than 1 month goes by without the client answering messages for approvals or pending info, the commission will be cancelled without refund (except for causes of force majeure to be negotiated).5. Process:
1a. I will send you a sketch with the general outline of the poses, at this stage we can make changes.
2a. Once the final sketch is approved I will start to make the lineart and color (at this stage you can not make changes of poses or clothes. But you can make changes of expressions and colors).
3a. As soon as the drawing is finished, it will be sent to you by mail and/or Proton drive link.6. Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased (additional fees apply).7. Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.8. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency), generative Artificial Intelligence (genAI), or future inventions in the space.9. I reserve the right to publish the commission to my social networks and as part of my portafolio (with watermarks and indicating that it is a commission), unless NDA is purchased (additional fees apply).8. It is is not allowed to erase my signature from the commission, even if it is for commercial use.9. I reserve the right to refuse any commission if the subject or characters make me feel uncomfortable.
