Terms of Service1. For any work 100% upfront payment is required. Payment can be made via PayPal or Ko-fi2. I will require a description of how you want the drawing to be: poses, attitude, mood, clothing, etc. And at least one reference of the character (s) to draw.3. Once the sketch is made, there are no refunds.4. EDT is 1 to 3 Weeks.5. Communication is required. If more than 1 month goes by without the client answering messages for approvals or pending info, the commission will be cancelled without refund (except for causes of force majeure to be negotiated).6. Process:
1a. I will send you a sketch with the general outline of the poses, at this stage we can make changes.
2a. Once the final sketch is approved I will start to make the lineart and color (at this stage you can not make changes of poses or clothes. But you can make changes of expressions and colors).
3a. As soon as the drawing is finished, it will be sent to you by mail and/or Proton drive link.7. Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased (additional fees apply).8. Seller will not be responsible for loss of product (commission) once it has been delivered.9. Customer does not hold the right to use the product (commission) in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency), generative Artificial Intelligence (genAI), or future inventions in the space.10. I reserve the right to publish the product (commission) to my social networks and as part of my portafolio (with watermarks and indicating that it is a commission), unless NDA is purchased (additional fees apply).11. Customer is not allowed to erase my signature from the product (commission), even if it is for commercial use.12. I reserve the right to refuse any commission if the subject or characters make me feel uncomfortable.13. The consumer may not register the products (commissions) created by me, as intellectual property, whether their own or that of third parties, unless there has been a prior negotiation and corresponding fees has been paid. (This does not apply to fanarts.)

Términos de servicio1. Para cualquier trabajo se requiere el pago por adelantado del 100%. El pago puede realizarse a través de PayPal, Ko-fi, depósito o transferencia.2. Necesitaré una descripción de cómo quieres que sea el dibujo: poses, actitud, estado de ánimo, ropa, etc. Y al menos una referencia del personaje o personajes que se van a dibujar.3. Una vez realizado el boceto, no hay reembolsos.4. El plazo de entrega es de 1 a 3 semanas.5. Es necesario mantener comunicación. Si pasa más de un mes sin que el cliente responda a los mensajes para dar su aprobación o proporcionar información pendiente, la comisión se cancelará sin reembolso (excepto por causas de fuerza mayor, a negociar).6. Proceso:
1a. Te enviaré un boceto con el esquema general de las poses; en esta etapa podemos hacer cambios.
2a. Una vez que se apruebe el boceto final, comenzaré a trazar el dibujo y a colorearlo (en esta etapa no se pueden realizar cambios en las poses ni en la ropa; sin embargo, sí se pueden modificar las expresiones y los colores).
3a. Tan pronto como el dibujo esté terminado, se te enviará por correo electrónico y/o mediante un enlace de Proton Drive.7. Las comisiones son solo para uso personal, a menos que se adquieran derechos comerciales (aplican tarifas adicionales).8. El vendedor no se hará responsable de la pérdida del producto (comisión) una vez que haya sido entregado.9. El cliente no tiene derecho a utilizar el producto (comisión) en ninguna tecnología relacionada con blockchain (NFT, criptomonedas), inteligencia artificial generativa (genAI) ni inventos futuros en este ámbito.10. Me reservo el derecho de publicar el producto (comisión) en mis redes sociales y como parte de mi portafolio (con marcas de agua e indicando que se trata de una comisión), a menos que se adquiera un NDA-acuerdo de confidencialidad (aplican tarifas adicionales).11. El cliente no tiene permitido borrar mi firma del producto (comisión), incluso si es para uso comercial.12. Me reservo el derecho de rechazar cualquier comisión si el tema o los personajes me hacen sentir incómoda.13. El cliente no podrá registrar los productos (comisiones) que yo haya creado, como propiedad intelectual —ya sea propia o de terceros— a menos que se haya llevado a cabo una negociación previa y se hayan pagado las tarifas correspondientes. (Esto no aplica a fanarts.)
